Cevapcici with bulgur & salad

Ingredients

  • 500g Mekkafood Cevapcici
  • 200g bulgur
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • some fresh parsley
  • 100g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • Dressing of your choice

Preparation

Boil 500 ml of water with 2 bouillon cubes and the tomato paste. Dice the tomatoes and the ½ cucumber, finely chop the white onion and garlic. Cut the zucchini and peppers into large cubes. Fry the white onion, zucchini, peppers and the garlic in a pan with some olive oil. Add the bulgur and slowly add the bouillon so that the bulgur absorbs it. Add the bouillon until the bulgur is soft. Prepare the cevapcici as per pack instructions. Wash the lettuce and add tomatoes, cucumber and a dressing of your choice. Serve the bulgur in a tower on the plate, add the salad on one side and also place the prepared cevapcici on the plate. Finally, pour fresh parsley and diced red onions over the dish
