Asian salad with meatballs

Ingredients

  • 10 Mekkafood Meatballs
  • 1 tbsp ketjap
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 50 g lamb's lettuce
  • 12 slices of cucumber ribbons
  • 100 g seaweed salad
  • 50 g cooked soy beans
  • 4 tbsp spring onion
  • 4 sliced radishes
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • Rice vinegar

Preparation

  1. Prepare the meatballs as indicated on the packaging. Marinate them with soy sauce.
  2. Divide the lamb's lettuce, cucumber ribbons and seaweed salad over a deep bowl.
  3. Mix the soy beans, spring onion and radish wit rice vinegar and a pinch of salt. Divide over the salad.
  4. Place the meatballs on the salad and sprinkle with fried onions if desired.
  5. Mix the sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise as an extra sauce.
